It's a purpose-built environment designed to bridge the gap between social engagement and real-world readiness - helping participants build the skills, confidence and connections they need to live more independently. Whether you're working toward employment, developing practical life skills or simply looking for a place that feels genuinely welcoming, the Skills Centre is designed with you in mind. Skills Centre Benefits ACCESSIBILITY Our modern facility is fully accessible, with a wheelchair lift, spacious activity areas and comfortable, accessible bathrooms. It features a dedicated media room and a commercial kitchen for hands-on cooking and hospitality learning. Every space is designed to support connection, engagement and personal growth. ACTIVITIES & LEARNING Learning at the Skills Centre is hands-on and genuinely fun. Activities include arts and crafts, cooking, music, gardening, pottery and more - all designed to build practical life skills, confidence and independence while creating space to connect with others and enjoy the process. SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT Connection matters. Our inclusive environment brings people together through shared activities, group experiences and relaxed social time. Whether working on a project or catching up over a coffee, participants build real relationships and a sense of belonging that extends well beyond the Centre. Good Vibes Coffee Lounge The Good Vibes Coffee Lounge is located within the Estelle Care Services building on Saint Andrews Drive in Port Lincoln. The cafe serves up quality coffee using locally roasted beans, in a relaxed space made for the whole Port Lincoln community. Good Vibes also creates real, supported employment and training opportunities for people with disabilities. It's a place where participants build hospitality skills, gain confidence and take genuine steps toward the workforce, all while pulling a great coffee. Estelle was a small, beautiful soul - a local woman who lived with an intellectual disability and brought joy to everyone she met. She lived with her older sister Viola in Pioneer Village for many years, and she left a lasting impression on our community. It seemed like a fitting name for a service built on those same values: warmth, dignity and a genuine belief in the potential of every person. At Estelle, we work with you to build a plan that makes sense for your life, your goals and your NDIS funding. HOME BASED CARE Personalised support in the comfort of your own home - including personal care, meal preparation, medication management, laundry, gardening, home organisation and more. All delivered by our experienced, carefully chosen support workers. RESPITE We know that caring for someone you love is both rewarding and exhausting. Our respite care offers 24/7 short or longer-term care for participants, giving family members and carers a well-deserved break. Set on 1.5 acres with beautiful outdoor spaces. COMMUNITY SUPPORTS Getting out and about matters. We provide transport and support for appointments, shopping, social events and community outings - helping you stay connected and living life on your own terms. COMMUNITY NURSING Our Registered Nurse-led community nursing services include wound care, medication management (including injectables and Schedule 8 medications), diabetes management, continence management, complex care and nursing reviews. SUPPORTED INDEPENDENT LIVING For participants who need 24/7 support, our SIL services provide comprehensive around-the-clock care covering everything from overnights and appointment management to meals, home maintenance and transport. All overseen by a Registered Nurse. TRANSPORTATION Flexible transport options using standard and wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so participants can get where they need to go safely and comfortably.
