Our Story
Where did the name Estelle Care Services come from? We get asked that a lot.
Estelle was a small, beautiful soul - a local woman who lived with an intellectual disability and brought joy to everyone she met. She lived with her older sister Viola in Pioneer Village for many years, and she left a lasting impression on our community.
It seemed like a fitting name for a service built on those same values: warmth, dignity and a genuine belief in the potential of every person.
Today, Estelle Care Services supports NDIS participants and their families across Port Lincoln and regional South Australia - delivering care and skills programs that are as kind as they are effective.

Our mission is to redefine disability support - moving beyond supervision and into genuine empowerment. We're here to help the people we support live with more confidence, more independence and more joy.

We're a Social Enterprise
Estelle Care Services isn't just a business — we're a social enterprise. That means a minimum of 50% of our profits go directly back into our cause, funding the spaces, programs and opportunities that help our participants live more independently and take up meaningful roles in our community.
We believe that when people with disabilities are active, visible members of the community, everyone benefits.
